Within this hour long yoga class, we will move the body at a slower pace, taking time to bring clarity and a sense of steadiness to the system. Be prepared to practice a gentler form of yoga to calm the mind, energize the system, and ease stress.
All levels welcome, but ability to get up and down from the floor is required.
